Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one active account on Glory Game at any time. Opening multiple accounts — including accounts under different names or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Glory Game reserves the right to close all associated accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances, and bar the individual from re-registering.
Do not share your Glory Game account with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including all bets placed and all transactions processed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Glory Game login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Glory Game support immediately via support@glorygame.click.
Glory Game may request identity verification documents at any stage — including upon registration, before processing a withdrawal or at any point where account activity triggers a review. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.
You may request to close your Glory Game account at any time by contacting support. Any settled winnings and verified funds in your Wallet at the time of closure will be returned to you through your registered payment method after all outstanding wagering requirements and verification steps are satisfied.
Glory Game reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, suspicious wagering activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct that may harm the platform or other users.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant. Glory Game will notify the registered contact details before any administrative fee is applied to dormant balances. Any remaining balance after applicable notification periods can be reclaimed by contacting Glory Game support.
Glory Game accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All deposits are processed in PKR with no currency conversion charges applied by Glory Game. Minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.
Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are credited to your Glory Game Wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. IBFT bank transfers settle within the same business day in most cases. Card payments settle within minutes subject to your bank's processing times. Glory Game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Glory Game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within five minutes of submission. IBFT transfers settle within the same or next business day.
Before processing your first withdrawal — or if your account triggers a security review — Glory Game may require you to complete full KYC verification. This is a standard industry requirement and is designed to protect both the Player and the platform from fraudulent activity.
Glory Game does not charge any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside our control. Check with your bank or mobile wallet provider for their applicable transaction charges.
Glory Game reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, account compromise or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant regulatory authorities may be notified as required by applicable law.
Bets may only be placed by registered, verified, logged-in users with sufficient cleared funds in their Glory Game Wallet. A bet is not accepted until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation from Glory Game. Do not assume a bet has been accepted based solely on entering your stake — confirmation is required.
The minimum stake on any single bet on Glory Game is Rs 50 across all sports markets. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, competition and individual account profile. Glory Game reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market at its discretion and without advance notice.
Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body or competition organisers. In the case of a dispute between the displayed result on Glory Game and the official result, the official result takes precedence. Settlement is final once applied to your account unless a material error is subsequently identified.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned before a result is determined; an obvious pricing error by Glory Game; technical errors that result in the wrong market or odds being displayed; or where settlement cannot be determined based on available official information. Voided bets are refunded to your Wallet in full.
In-play bets are placed in real time during live events. Due to the nature of live betting, there may be a brief delay between your submission and confirmation. During this delay, the odds may change. Glory Game's platform will notify you if the odds have moved significantly before confirming your bet. You may accept the new odds or cancel the submission.
Glory Game reserves the right to void any bet where it can be demonstrated that the odds or market details were subject to a palpable error — for example, odds that were materially incorrect due to a data feed error or a manual input mistake. Such errors will be identified and corrected as promptly as possible.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on Glory Game are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.
Most bonuses on Glory Game are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be bet a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, qualifying odds and eligible games for each bonus are stated clearly in the specific offer terms. Please read these carefully before claiming any bonus.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting strategies designed specifically to abuse promotional offers, coordinated play with other users, or any other activity that Glory Game reasonably determines to be bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, potential forfeiture of associated winnings and, in serious cases, permanent account closure.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Claimed bonuses that are not subject to completed wagering within the specified timeframe will be removed from the account. Glory Game is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods.
Glory Game reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice if circumstances require it. Players who have already claimed and begun using a bonus will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes where reasonably avoidable.
